In case of Customization of the saree (attaching the fall and Pico, and Blouse tailoring or BOTH) CASH ON DELIVERY WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE. In that case order would need to bePre-Paid. Our delivery partners are FEDEX, DELHIVERY.COM , ECOM EXPRESS, DHL, ARAMEX, INDIAN POST. In every case Cash on Delivery amount must be given before you open the order parcel. Once you open the parcel the delivery person will must not accept the parcel under any circumstances and he must not be responsible with any further issues. In that situation its advisable to contact us as soon as possible with the appropriate cause.

TUMI is committed to deliver best quality products to a good condition and within given time frame.Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. In most cases orders are dispatched within 12 -24 working hours or as per the delivery dispatch date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. TUMI Ethnic is not in any way liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 3 working days from the date of the order . The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once the order is dispatched, then we cannot alter the Delivery address of the product. How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your package is shipped, we shall mail you the tracking details of the shipment via email. It may take about 24 hours for the shipment status to get updated. You can use the shipment tracking number on our courier partner’s website. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive the shipment. Delivery will be made to the Shipping address only. It's always advisable you must provide a correct Email Id and contact number to get the shipping information correctly. COD orders will be reconfirmed from our end before we dispatch. Once dispatch is done it takes 3-10 working days to reach the order to the given address.
