CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

While TUMI Ethnic tries to ensure that your purchase with us is must be a memorable one, here is the steps below of our easy return or exchange policy

  • A return/exchange request has to be placed 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product through email or through contact us verbally.
  • once we receive the request we will contact u back(for E Mails) and will ensure the reason
  • you must mention a through and valid reason of the return
  • return must be make within 6 days and the product must be at our warehouse within 10 days from the date of the return request. Always return with original packing & original condition (no altered, washed, worn and used items). Always include a copy of the original invoice you received from us.
  • No return will be accepted without our prior and proper concern.
  • At any circumstances, the amount of the item will be refunded only and not the shipping amount.
  • Once we get the product at our warehouse, it shall be put under quality testing, once it passes all the certain parameters we will send you another mail and would request u to send us your banking details for a safe refund.We also make sure that the information regarding the bank accounts of the customers will remain private and confidential.
  • Refund will be initiated within 2 working days after that and will inform you once its done through email.
  • Products purchased on Discount/ offers are NOT eligible for Return / Exchange / refunds.

REASONS OF EXCHANGE/RETURN and REFUND:

  • Wrong product send
  • Dispute or Damaged product send
  • Wrong size sent

REASON WE DONT ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE:

  • Slight colour difference
  • Complain about the materials(We clearly mention each and every details about the material and quality hence it's advisable to read the product details carefully before you proceed.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS: There are some special cases also apart from the above mentioned clauses, where we go forward and take the return back of the product on special request from customers end, and go further as per our rules. In that cases NO REFUND will be initiated, and ONLY EXCHANGE policy will be opened, and Return shipment amount to our warehouse will be bear by Customer. and EXCHANGE will be make with SAME VALUE,HIGHER VALUE , SINGLE or MULTIPLE PRODUCTS in SINGLE ORDER.
